人民進退維谷 Nov 15th 2012, 12:15 文/鄭禾祚 蔡英文在臉書提出兩黨應放下成見、透過「退休年金與財政改革國是會議」實踐跨黨派合作。輿論則比較台灣與美國的兩黨政治，發現台灣不像美國，在富人增稅等議題上兩黨有根本性的理念歧見，唯一有的是統獨的理念差異，其餘皆是政治利益所導致的立場相左，所以應提昇蔡英文倡議，促成跨社經政治的大國是會議，以讓民進黨重新奪回政策發球權。 閱讀全文
