揪出排擠的元凶 Sep 13th 2012, 12:50 文/潘欣榮 台鐵因8月19日，印尼國慶暨伊斯蘭教開齋日當天，上萬名移工湧入車站大廳，造成乘客進出不便，故於9月7日開始引用《社會秩序維護法》第72條，明訂「大廳不得喧嘩、喝酒、躺臥或從事組織性集會活動」，並於台鐵大廳以紅龍拉出交叉斜十字型，禁止非殘障者進入紅線區域，此一政策引起旅客權益與移工人權的爭議。 閱讀全文
