誰來養活台灣？ Dec 27th 2012, 10:28 文/趙萬來 「九連增！」當北京政府發佈今（2012）年夏糧總產量又比上年增長2.8％的佳音時，強調這是2002年以來連續九年增產不輟，亦即十年間糧獲上加25％，如此漂亮的數字又為其盛世榮景劃上濃彩重墨的一筆。 其然乎？豈其然乎？糧食高速成長的同時，中國的糧食進口量卻急轉直下，自2002年的0.14億噸擴大到2011年的0.64億噸，亦即在這十年間從糧食淨出口國逆轉為淨進口國，更具體可畏的是，糧食對外依存度由-0.21％變成2011年的11.02％。 閱讀全文
