翻轉偏鄉醫療政策 Sep 27th 2012, 14:25 文/潘欣榮 當台灣全國醫療皆遇上「內外婦兒急」醫師人力不足時，偏鄉醫療人力短缺更顯嚴重。衛生署鼓勵屆臨退休的旅美台籍醫師返台，並於台灣東部、離島、偏鄉行醫。且透過偏鄉醫師培育計畫，平均每年培養19位公費醫事人員投入全台偏鄉服務。但上述機制對偏鄉醫療來說，其人數、資源仍是杯水車薪。尤其面對二代健保收入短缺的今日，台灣的偏鄉醫療改政更需制度性的思維轉變。 閱讀全文
